What is mentoring?
Mentoring is a one-to-one relationship with someone who gives time to support and encourage you.

A Mentor is there to listen, not to judge.  They will talk through your problems with you and listen to what you have to say.

The National Deaf Children’s Society runs a Mentoring Project and you can see how it has helped young deaf people like yourselves. Look at their website.
