Can the Family Fund help me?
The Family Fund provides grants to families with severely disabled or seriously ill children, for things that make life easier and more enjoyable.

Parents or carers of severely disabled children can apply if:

  •       Their child is 16yrs or under in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland or 17 or under in Wales; and
  •     Their household’s annual earned income before tax, excluding overtime, is less than £23,000 in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland or £25,000 in Wales; and
  •     They have less than £18,000 in savings; and
  •     They have lived in the UK for six months and have permanent residency here.

We cannot help children and young people in local authority care, including those living with relatives or foster carers.
